Best all-around team: Theresia + Roxy + Lute. Covers Bleed, Stun and healing with excellent Signal Skill synergy. Works for all content types.
📊 Universal Gear Baseline (All Teams)
Nearly every endgame build follows these stat and set principles:
Crit Rate ~80%
Target ~80% critical hit rate as your baseline. Below this you lose too much damage consistency.
Crit Damage ~150%
Aim for ~150% critical damage once crit rate is capped. This is your primary damage multiplier.
Substat Priority
Additional Power > ATK Power Up > DEF Ignore. Stack these in order on all gear pieces.
3-Pc Ruinsbreaker
The core set for almost every build. Provides DEF Ignore which is universally valuable.
Second 2-piece set: Match your hero's damage type — Froststorm (Frost), Blazing Flame (Burn), Venomfog Shade (Venom), etc. Set bonuses only need 3 pieces to trigger, so 3+2 mixing is optimal.
⚖️ Balanced Team (Best Overall)
Theresia + Roxy + Lute
The most well-rounded composition in the game. Excellent damage, Signal synergy and survival all in one.
Combo Loop
- Theresia starts chains with Bleed (Consecration) or Stun (Celestial Verdict)
- Roxy cuts in, stacks Bleed layers and converts them to burst damage
- Lute provides extra Stun, poise pressure and team healing for consistency
Why It Works
- Two different chain starters (Bleed or Stun) for flexibility
- Roxy's Bleed burst scales incredibly well against bosses
- Lute's healing removes the need for potions in most fights
- All three have natural Signal Skill compatibility
Theresia + Roxy + Castella — Replace Lute with Castella for more control and combo potential. Use when you don't need healing.
⚔️ Aggressive Melee Team (High Skill)
Charlotte + Johnny + Reina
For players who love fast-paced, high-mobility combat. Three high-DPS characters that can clear endgame with good execution.
Combo Loop
- Charlotte — Stealth, clone pressure, Poison and Airborne. Primary DPS with the most flexible movement kit.
- Johnny — Fast ground extender. Cuts in after Airborne/control, maintains pressure without overexposing.
- Reina — Completes chains with repeated Airborne and aerial sustained output.
Why It Works
- Charlotte and Johnny are designed for each other — Johnny maintains Poison for Charlotte's burst ceiling
- Reina's Airborne keeps enemies helpless and unable to counter
- All three are highly mobile for dodging and repositioning
- Can clear endgame content with skilled play
This team has no healer and relies on positioning and i-frames from switching. Not recommended for beginners.
🏹 Safe Ranged Team (Beginner-Friendly)
Cerese + Othello + Dana
The easiest team for clearing endgame. Deal damage from safe range, maintain Freeze chains, and let summons do the work.
Combo Loop
- Cerese — Applies Frost damage and freezes enemy groups. Wide-area control.
- Othello — Ice Spears and pursuit attacks control the battlefield. Cuts in when enemies get close.
- Dana — Summon Chako provides continuous damage, Frost pressure and defense while you focus on positioning.
Why It Works
- Most damage comes from safe range — less dodging required
- Freeze chain keeps enemies locked down
- Dana's summon deals damage even while you're repositioning
- Excellent for hard bosses where survival is priority
🔥 Fire Element Team
Aria + Kalien + Kalsion
A devastating Burn-focused composition with incredible AoE clear and boss damage.
Roles
- Aria (Enabler) — Applies both Burn AND Airborne simultaneously. The best setup hero for Reina and Kalsion.
- Kalien (Stacker) — Rapidly stacks Burn through fox clones. Fox Grab and Finale deliver burst + Stun.
- Kalsion (Finisher) — The heavy hitter. Weapon Blaze enhances damage, but needs Airborne and Burn enablers to peak.
Why It Works
- Three Burn applicators = permanent Burn uptime
- Aria's Airborne enables Kalsion's highest damage state
- Kalien's fox provides autonomous damage and Stun
- Incredible AoE clear for trash mobs and elite groups

📜 Team Building Core Principles
Ailment Synergy
One hero applies the ailment, the next triggers the Signal Skill to detonate it. This is the foundation of every good team.
Three Distinct Roles
Starter (creates condition) + Connector (responds, creates next opening) + Finisher (converts to damage/control).
Don't Stack S-Tiers Blindly
A well-connected A-tier team beats three S-tier heroes who never trigger each other's Signal Skills.
Complete One Team First
Fully gear and awaken one three-Hero team before spreading resources across the roster.
Match Your Playstyle
Aggressive players → melee teams. Beginners / safety-first → ranged freeze teams. Pick what you'll actually enjoy playing.
