🃏 Two Types of Karma

Grows through leveling, breakthrough and duplicate ascension. Obtained via regular Karma cards and currency paths.
Exclusive Karma Growth
Requires Exclusive Karma resources for long-term growth. Obtained via Hero Logs, Tower of Trials exchange, dismantle value and conversion.
⬆️ Ascension System (The Real Power Spike)
The real power increase comes from ascension, not the level bar. Here's how it works:
- Ascension only accepts exact duplicate copies of the same Karma
- Base cards only show starting stats. Feeding duplicates unlocks and enhances special traits
- Maximum rank: Rank VI — requires 5 duplicate copies total
- Each rank enhances traits (extra crit, more ailment damage, skill-specific modifiers)
- Always open the preview before submitting a duplicate to see what the next copy unlocks
Don't waste duplicates on heroes you don't main. Ascension is permanent and resource-intensive. Pick 1-2 DPS heroes and focus all Karma investment on them.
🔥 Element Matching Requirement
Technically you can slot any Karma on any hero, but Karma cards carry an element that must match the hero's element.
- If elements don't match, the trait line won't activate properly
- Example: Frost hero Reina needs Frost Karma. A Bleed or Physical card wastes important effects
- Match element first, then worry about ascension
